That’s when he suddenly got the idea to redecorate. So in 1968 he started to cover his entire house with beer cans, thus creating over the years the most original and strange house in all of Houston. Nowadays the house, decorated with approximately 50.000 beer cans, is the most popular residence from the entire city, attracting thousands of people from all over the world.

National Museum of Funeral History

So without the push of this intriguing button that stirs everyone’s curiosity, all of the Bayou underwater life will die. Contrary to what one might think, many passer byes, young and old, find amusement in pushing this mysterious button.
